All About Me

My name is Rachel. I would tell you my last name, but then I would have to kill you. I am in the 6th grade at Cherokee Middle School. My birthday is October 6, just incase you want to send me a present. I like to rollerblade, swim, and play basketball with my friends. I go to Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri. I just recently got baptized (AMEN!) after being a christian for two years.

I really am not in the youth group at my church but I go on some of the trips and am involved in a lot of the activities. One weekend I went to Disciple Now. It really turned me around. I really needed God to fill the empty space that I thought needed to be filled by popularity. But God is all you need! I finally realized that. That is one of the reasons I got baptized. This coming weekend I am going to Silver Dollar City, since it is Young Christian's Day. I think our Youth Group is really close because we can worship God and still have fun.

About My School
|
Just recently our school had a fire. Someone broke in, in the middle of the night and set fire to the storage room. It destroyed that room and the girls locker room. There was over two hundred thousand dollars in damage. We won't be at school today or tomorrow because of the fumes. I don't know if we will be able to have P.E. anymore because all the girls clothes and shoes were destroyed. I guess I'll just find out on Monday.
